The two videos below are short excerpts from José Maria Sánchez Verdú's opera "El Viaje a Simorgh" performed at the Teatro Real in Madrid, May 2007.

The first clip shows the film (Frederic Amat) that was cast on stage during an interlude for violin (Ara Malikian) and live-electronics (myself; no pre-recorded sounds used). The second clip provides a further example of real-time electronic transformation of the voice in this opera.
